➥ Super TET is basically a state-level teacher eligibility test, which is conducted by UP Basic Education Board for hiring deserving and passionate candidates.
➥ After successfully clearing this examination, the candidates will be eligible to teach at the primary and secondary level in government schools.
➥ The Super TET Exam is conducted on an annual basis in an offline mode.
➥ Super TET Exam is one of the prominent certifications for candidates who are in the teaching profession.
➥ Super TET Exam can be seen as the second level of exams after clearing the first level of state exams.
➥ One very important point which is to be noted is that only those candidates who have successfully cleared Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) are eligible to appear in the Super TET Exam.

SUPER TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is the minimum educational requirement for assistant teacher positions.
• A bachelor’s degree and five years of experience are prerequisites for the position of principal.

SUPER TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification

• Secondary school and a 2-year elementary education diploma (by whatever name known).
• Bachelor’s degree in education and graduation (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks (B.Ed).
• D.El.Ed/BTC from UP Government Institution.
• Graduation with at least a 50% grade point average and 1-year B.Ed (Special Education)
• 4-year BA/B.Sc. Ed or BA.Ed/B.Sc. Ed.
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.Ed.).
• 4-year program (B.El.Ed) and 2nd Paper (Class 6-8) TET qualified with 5 years of teaching experience from junior high school and high basic school as recognized by the Department of Basic Education.

Super TET Primary Teachers (Class 1st to 5th):

• Aspirants must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and passed 2 years’ Diploma in Elementary Education OR
• Aspirants must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and possess 4 years’ Bachelors of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) Degree OR
• Aspirants must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and have also passed in the final year of 2 years’ Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
• Aspirants must have a Graduation Degree and passed a 2 years’ Diploma in Elementary Education OR
• Aspirants must have a Graduation Degree and Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) Degree

Super TET Junior Teachers (Class 6th to 8th):

• Aspirants must have held a bachelor's degree and BTC from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
• Aspirants must have held a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and B.Ed / B.Ed Special Education from Rehabilitation Council Of India (RCI).
• Aspirants must have completed Intermediate with at least 50% marks and 4 years in B.A/ B.Sc.Ed/ B.A.Ed from N.C.T.E and UGC with the recognized institute.
• Aspirants must have completed Intermediate with at least 50% marks and 4 years in B.El.Ed in Primary Education. • Aspirants must have held a bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks and a B.Ed degree.
