The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level computer-based test conducted by the AICTE for admission to several autonomous and state MBA programs. First conducted in 2012, the CMAT was being held twice a year till 2015. However, from 2016, it will be held only once, in the month of January. |

CMAT September 2015 Eligibility Criteria |
The candidates should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Final year graduation students can also apply for CMAT September 2015. |

CMAT September 2015 Selection Process |
The candidates will be shortlisted by the participating B-schools on the basis of their performance and the cutoff scores/ranks/percentiles. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and or Written Ability Test (WAT) rounds. |

CMAT September 2015 Exam Pattern |
CMAT is a computer based objective type multiple choice exam which has to be completed within the time duration of 180 minutes. The Exam consists of 4 sections, Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness. The total number of questions to be answered is 100 and the total marks are 400. Each section has 25 questions. The marking scheme of the exam is +4 for each correct answer and -1 for each wrong answer. There are 4 options for each question among which the test takers have to choose only 1 correct option. |

CMAT September 2015 Application Procedure |
The candidates will have to visit the AICTE CMAT website for the registration. The new users have to create an account and login for the registration purpose. Candidates have to upload 2 scanned photographs and their signature during the registration process. There are 3 modes of payment, Net Banking, Credit Card/Debit Card and Cash payment. The Cast payment can be done by receiving a challan generated online and paying at any local State Bank of India branch. |

CMAT September 2015 Application Fee |
The CMAT September 2015 application fee is Rs. 1400 + Bank charges as applicable for General category candidates and Rs. 700 + Bank charges as applicable for SC, ST and PD category candidates. |
